At RealWelter®, we believe in commitment. Once you’ve “purchased” this product (aka hired me), there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Think of it less like buying a shirt online and more like adopting a very loyal, very caffeinated adventure partner.

1. No Returns
   RealWelter® is non-returnable. Once I’m part of your crew, I’m riding shotgun until the project’s done and the work is winning.

2. No Refunds
   Your ROI isn’t refunded, it’s delivered. In campaigns that perform, teams that thrive, and ideas that push boundaries. If you’re looking for a refund, you’re probably in the wrong garage.

3. Exchanges
   The only exchange available is swapping my baseball cap for a hard hat on set, or a laptop for a whiteboard. Otherwise, what you see is what you get: full-throttle creativity, accountability, and a bit of pitbull hair.
